At the beginning of the day, write down your tasks
Work on tasks for a Pomodoro (25 minutes) without distractions (calls, messages, gossip, etc)
Take a 5-minute short-break, then continue with another Pomodoro
Every 4 Pomodoros, take a 15-minute long-break
Deal with distractions: If it is non urgent (gossips, texts, distracting thoughts, etc.), note it down to get to it later in break time and come back to the thing you're working on immediately
